With a journey marked by overcoming challenges and authenticity, he began his career in rap battles in Rio de Janeiro and gained national fame with songs that exalt elegance, sophistication, and empowerment.

From an early age, MD Chefe found in music a form of expression. His first album, ATG Tape, released in 2021, went viral on social media and debuted among the top 10 global releases on Spotify. The album features collaborations with MC Cabelinho, L7NNON, and Dom Laike.

In 2022, MD Chefe was one of the attractions at Rock in Rio, in the Favela Space. With tracks like Rei Lacoste and Tiffany, the artist won fans throughout the country, establishing himself as one of the leading names of the new generation of rap.

In 2024, MD Chefe released his third album, “Garbo e Elegância,” a collaborative project with renowned producer Papatinho. Available since April 10th, the album
dives into the west coast club subgenre, bringing a sound inspired by nightclubs and
the vibe of large urban centers. The album’s proposal is to portray the lifestyle of a rich, Latino, and coastal rapper, focusing on luxury and sophistication.

As a preview of this new work, MD Chefe released the single “Tiramisu,” which features a
sample of “Nega Olívia” by the singer Bebeto. The music video for the track reinforces the atmosphere of refinement
and exclusivity that marks this new phase of the artist.
